All quotations received from our sales team are made based on the current prices available and are valid for 30 days, after which you must obtain a new quote.
Shipping & Delivery
We have a number of different delivery options for you to choose from:

Next Day Delivery (Orders over £100) FREE
Saturday Delivery £25.00

Republic of Ireland (2-4 working days) £15.95
In the rare case that you don’t receive your delivery or you have any other issues regarding the delivery of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our wonderful team who will help rectify the issue quickly.
All deliveries processed before 5 pm Monday – Thursday will qualify for next day delivery. Any orders placed on Friday – Sunday with a next day delivery option selected will be delivered on the next working day once the order has been processed by our team. If you require your order on a Saturday, please select the Saturday delivery option to ensure receipt of goods.
All orders need to be signed for, so please ensure that somebody will be at the delivery address to accept the order.
All of our UK orders are shipped with Interlink and can be tracked at www.dpdlocal.co.uk
Orders to the Republic of Ireland are shipped with DHL and can be tracked www.dhl.com
Interlink and DHL deliver between 7:30 am & 6 pm. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, a card will be left with information on how and when to contact your nearest depot to rearrange delivery. Please note if you miss your delivery and have paid for next day delivery, you will not be entitled to a delivery charge refund.
If we have dispatched your order and it hasn’t arrived as planned, we ask that you first contact the courier with your tracking number. If the issue still hasn’t been resolved after this, please contact us. Next day delivery is subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification.
We cannot authorise delivery of goods to any other address other than the one specified at the time of ordering, nor can we authorise any goods to be left in a safe place.
If you want to return any items from your order, please note that you will not be refunded delivery costs.
If you have received damaged items or products are missing from the order, please contact us immediately on the ay of receipt. All items dispatched by our warehouse team are monitored by CCTV, so we can check your consignment to see what has happened.
In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong, damaged or missing goods we will endeavour to ship you the missing items ASAP.
We are unable to deal with claims for damaged products reported 24 hours after goods have been signed for.
All products sold by CCTVdirect are brand new and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Please note that all warranties exclude product misuse, modifying a product in any way, video heads, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any product that has been in use for over 28 days will not qualify for a full refund. In this case, you will be offered a product alternative up to the same value of the products in question.
If you would like to get a refund for goods that have not been installed, you have 7 working days after the order has been delivered to send all items received back to us in the original packaging. You will be liable for the costs incurred for this.
All products returned to us will only be issued a full refund if it is received with it’s full, original packaging and falls within the outlined timeframe. Before we issue a refund, we reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund.
In order to return a product to us, whether you ordered over the phone or via our website, you will need to fill in a returns form to generate a returns number. Please click below to get started.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 5 pm, Monday – Friday. If you want to cancel your order, you have until 5 pm on the day that you placed your order to avoid your order being processed and dispatched.
We ask that you call us ASAP on 0845 3701 999 as cancellations might not be picked up in time over email to ensure that your order is not sent out by our team.
If you call after 5 pm, your order will have been sent out for delivery so you will need to follow the refund procedure outlined above.
